SHIPPING METHOD

As of now, we are shipping to Canada and the US. Recently, added United Kingdom, Singapore, Japan, Australia, Austria and Russia. We will expand and add other countries as we go so keep an eye out for that. There will be a more detailed countries list in the future once we confirm most of the countries we will be adding. You can also find what countries are shipped to at checkout too. Keep in mind, even if your country is listed in general and found at checkout under billing/shipping address, most products will indeed ship there but depending, sometimes there are still a few products(exceptions) that may or may not ship to your country. Unfortunately, at this current state, that is up to our supplier whether they have shipping available to your country. We reserve the right to decline orders if we find a certain product that doesn't specifically ship to your country.
You may also request to add your country to the list. We will see if the product you are interested in has shipping available to your country. Depending on the product and your country, there may not be ePacket available and/or can have very slow shipping/delivery times.
**Currently, we have default and set shipping methods for all of our listed products which is by "ePacket" or similar. It is more affordable while still being one of the faster methods. Other methods like "express" shipping are even quicker but they cost more, often costing just as much or more than a low cost product itself. That being said though, certain product(s) and supplier(s), sometimes have express shipping methods available. For said product(s), if the express method doesn't have a high cost, we will use that method instead to get the product delivered to you faster and/or we may ask you first.
*If applicable, ideally try to have the same billing and shipping addresses. We reserve the right to either accept or decline orders if we are suspicious about certain orders that may show signs of potential fraud.
*Initial Shipment Processing may take between 2-4 business days as we have suppliers and they do the processing.
**The expected delivery for majority of the products on this site are on average between 12-26 business days but not guaranteed. A few specific products are an exception with an average delivery time of at least 25-50 days business days. Depends on the country, time(holidays), customs and potentially other unknown factors. It could be sooner than expected but generally, for example, it gets to the United States a little quicker than Canada. Some countries take longer than others. It is out of our control after the product(s) have been shipped.
**Shipping costs are already included in the products' prices. Although, customs/duties fees may or may not still apply upon arrival.
Much apologies for any inconveniences, but if you personally request "express" shipping, we may check with suppliers for you to see if there are any available to your country. Of course, there may or may not be added cost depending on method and cost.
